Limited Time Special! Commemorative Tree Plaque (for OrthoCarolina Sportsplex only)

Proceeds from this product will be directed to the OrthoCarolina Sportsplex projects.

Ornamental trees, planted in a limited number at the OrthoCarolina Sportsplex, are available for sponsorship. Each commemorative tree will be accompanied by a plaque which will be mounted near the base of the tree and engraved with your personal message. Your message can be, for example, your family name, a team name, or an “in memoriam” individual.

Each plaque can accommodate up to SIX lines with up to 50 characters per line (this includes blank spaces between words).
